Confidentiality Agreement

By signing this Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement"), the undersigned ("Recipient") agrees to the following terms regarding the confidential information related to the business opportunity known as Divine Distillers & The Inferno ("Business").

1. Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" includes all financial data, business records, customer lists, trade secrets, pricing information, operational details, and any other proprietary information disclosed by Evergreen Business Advisors or the Business.

2. Non-Disclosure Obligations

Recipient agrees to: (a) keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential; (b) not disclose any information to third parties without prior written consent; (c) use the information solely for evaluating this investment opportunity; (d) not contact the Business, its employees, customers, or vendors directly without authorization.

3. Term

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of signing, regardless of whether any transaction is completed.

4. Legal Remedies

Recipient acknowledges that violation of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm and agrees that Evergreen Business Advisors and the Business shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and any other legal remedies available.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
